Huber Freight LLC (“Huber Freight,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use huberfreight.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep this deliberately plain — no fine print.
Information we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us. When you submit our contact form, that includes:
- Your name
- Your company (optional)
- Your email address
- Your phone number (optional)
- The message you write us
Our form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which performs a spam check and may process limited technical data (such as your IP address) to confirm you are a real visitor. This is used only to prevent abuse.
How we use it
We use the information you send solely to respond to your enquiry and to provide the transportation services you ask about. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How your message reaches us
Contact-form submissions are delivered to our business inbox using our email provider (Resend) and are stored in our business mailbox so we can reply. These providers process the data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for anything else.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to serve you and to maintain normal business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies. The only third-party component that runs is the Cloudflare Turnstile spam check on the contact page, which is necessary for the form to work.
Your choices
You can contact us to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Just call or email and we’ll take care of it.
